Return Policy (Rewritten Version)
We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase or a receipt.

Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Any items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the situation and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Some products cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, plants, or flowers), custom-made or personalized items, and personal care products (such as beauty items). We also cannot accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you are unsure about your item, please contact us.
Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your current product (once the return is approved) and place a new order separately for the replacement.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without providing justification. The item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
